Celeste can also provide you with customized quilting patterns. Whatever you  can imagine can be done & sized perfectly to your quilt size.

• Rates: All Prices Quoted Are Per Inch
• Machine Basting: .005 cents (that’s 1/2 a penny)
• Hand Basting with Safety Pins or Thread : .015 cents (1-1/2 pennies)
• Edge to Edge Standard Stipple/Meandering Stitch: .02 cents (2 pennies). This  includes (1) border that can be a different stipple/meandering design.
• Custom Quilting: the minimum charge is .030 cents (3 cents) but it can be  more depending on the complexity of your design.You will always be given a firm  quote before any work is done. A firm quote means that you will never pay more  than what is promised to you, so no surprizes!

• Specialty Border Design: add $20.00
• More Than (1) Border Design: add $5 for each border quilting design - not  the number of borders in your quilt.
• Binding by Machine: add 12 cents per inch
• Binding by Hand: add 25 cents per inch
• Wall Hanging Sleeve: add 25 cents per inch
• Art Quilting: the minimum charge is .050 cents (5 cents) per sq. inch but  the price can be higher depending on the complexity of your needs.
• Hand Work: the minimum charge is .080 cents (8  cents) per sq. inch but the price can be higher depending on the complexity of  your needs.
